Ingredients For the Batter Gram Flour 1 Cup Rice Flour 1/3 Cup Salt Acc to taste Chili powder Acc to taste Cooking Soda 1/8 Tsp. water Oil for frying For Stuffing Potatoes cooked 4 Nos Onions 1/4 cup Chopped finely Green chillies 2 Nos minced Salt Acc to taste Lime juice 1 Tsp. Cilantro leaves 2 stalks chopped Method Mix all Ingredients & prepare a thick batter by mixing with water. Peel skin & mash the Potatoes when still warm. Add all other stuffing Ingredients & mix well. Make lemon sized balls & set aside. Heat Oil. Dip the balls one by one in the batter & put in hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown.
