Aspargus broiled with Cheese

Aspargus

Ingredients:  

Aspargus         1 Pound.
Paramesan Cheese  1 Cup Grated.
Bread Crumbs      1/4 Cup 
lemon Zest        1 Tsp.
Salt & Pepper     To Taste.

Method :  

Preheat Broiler to 350°F.Choose tender Aspargus.
Peel the bottom part. Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling water.
In a small bowl mix rest of the ingredients together.
Remove Aspargus to oven proof Dish. Sprinkle with Cheese mixture.
Bake till crisp & Serve warm as a Side dish.
