Beetroot Yogurt Salad

Ingredients :
beetroot
Yoghurt               2 cups
Beets                 1 no  boiled,Peeled & grated
salt                  acc to taste
Cumin Powder          1 tsp
mustard seeds         1 tsp
oil for seasoning

Method:

Boil the beets in pressure cooker or on a pan with enough water
for 15 - 20 minutes.Peel the skin.The skin will come off
easily.Let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Grate the Beets, add salt .
In a serving bowl mix the yoghurt,beets & cumin powder.
DO the mustard seasoning & refrigerate.

serve chilled with any Breads 
or  Rice dishes
