Boondi Yogurt Salad

Ingredients :

Channa Besean        1 Cup
Salt                 Acc TO Taste
Yougurt              for mixing
Roasted Cumin Powder 2 Tsp.
Green chilies        Acc to Taste.
Mustard seeds        for seasoning
Hing                 1/2 Tsp.
Coriander leaves     For Garnishing
Oil for deep Frying the Boodi.

Method :

Mix The flour,salt with enough water to make a thick batter.
Heat Oil for Deep Frying.Press the batter thro sieved laddle to make Boondis.
Drain in a Paper towel , & wash the same with warm water.

Mix them with enough yougurt. Add Cumin powder,hing,green chilies & salt.
Do the seasoning with mustard seeds & garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
