Ingredients : Brussel Sprouts 20 Nos Salt To taste Oil 2 Tbsp. Mustard Seeds 1 tsp. Fry in 1 tsp oil & grind to Powder : Dhania seeds 1 tbsp Urad Dal 1 tbsp Red Chilies 4 Nos salt 1 tsp Hing 1 tsp Method : Make four slits in Sprouts ,so that you can stuff with powder. Heat Oil in the pan add mustard seeds, when it starts spluttering Add stuffed sprouts salt cover & cook in low fire. Keep turning the sprouts frequently so that it doesn't get black. Serve as a sidedish.
