Bulgar-Vege Pilaf


Bulgar wheat             1 Cup
Veges diced
(Potatoes,beans,carrots  1 Cup
Onion chopped            1 No.
serrano/green chilli     2 Nos.
Salt                     To Taste.
Oil                      1 Tbsp.
Boiling water            2 Cups.
Parseley chopped         Garnish

Method :  

Add the bulgar to boiliing water, cover & set aside.
Heat oil, saute onion & chillies for 3 minutes.
Stir in Veges,salt.Cover,cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
When veges are done, mix in Bulgar ,adjust seasonings.
Garnish ith Parseley & Enjoy
