Charred Peppers

Green Bell Pepper

Bell Peppers Charred        3 Nos .
(range of colors)           
Onions medium size          1 No chopped.
Tomatoes                    2 Nos chopped
Garlic                      1 No minced.
Chilli Powder               1/2 Tsp.
Salt                        To Taste.
Red Bell Pepper
Brown Sugar                 1/2 Tsp.
Tumeric                     1/4 Tsp.
Oil                         2 Tsp.  

Method :  

* Roast, Peel & Cut into small squares.
Heat oil in wok/pan, add garlic,onion & fry till golden brown.
Mix in the spices & Tomatoes ,fry for couple of miutes.
Finally add the peppers & cook for about 5 to 6 minutes till well blended.
Serve as a side dish.

*Roasting Bell Peppers :  
Roast in direct flame turning with tongs every 2 minutes until completely blackened.
Place the peppers in a pan under pre-heated broiler & broil until completely blackened.
Place the peppers in a plastic bag until cool enough to handle.Peel removing charred skin.
