Egg Plant Gravy
Ingredients:
Eggplant 3 Nos
Ginger,garlic paste
Onion (chopped) 3 Nos
Tomato(chopped) 2 Nos
Garam masala 1tsp
Tumeric powder 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
coriander leaves (chopped)
salt required
Method :
Fry the Eggplant in a pan/wok(withot oil)for 10 mts `Keep aside .
Heat another the pan and fry oinion till golden brown .
Add tomatoes,garlic ginger paste & fry till tomato is mashed.
Add little water,salt ,tureric,chilli powder,garam masala .
Mix in Eggplant(peel the skin)& fry for another ten minites
When mixed remove the heat and decorate with cilantro leaves
Serve hot.
