Ingredients: Green Beans 1/2 Pound. Red Bell Pepper 1 No. large. salt & pepper To Taste. Soy sauce 2 Tsp or to taste. Oil 1 Tbsp. Garlic(optional) 1 No.crushed. Method : Chop the red pepper to matchsticks & Cut the Green beans. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes.Drain. Heat oil in pan/wok,saute garlic,add bellpepper & fry for a minute. Stir in green beans,salt,Pepper & cook couple of minutes. Take out, mix in soy sauce ,adjust the seasoning & Enjoy.
