Mushroom & Onion Saut'e

Mushrooms

Ingredients:  

Mushrooms            1/2 Pound.
Onion Medium size    1 No Chopped.
Salt & Pepper        To Taste.
Oil                  2 Tsp.
Cilantro             For Garnishing.  

Onions           

Method :  

Wipe the Mushrooms with a cloth & cube them.
Heat oil in a pan & fry onions till translucent.
Stir in Mushrooms & salt. Cover & cook 2 minutes.
Open the lid , add in Pepper powder & mix.
Cook for 2 minutes or till Mushrooms are done.
Garnish with Chopped Cilantro leaves.
Serve as a side dish.
