Onions large 2 Nos Red Chillies 15 Nos or Acc to taste Raw Tamarind one small ball. Salt Acc to taste. Oil 4 Tbsp. Mustard seeds 2 Tsp. Tumeric 1/2 Tsp. Method Peel & Cube the Onions. Grind them with chillies & tamarind. Add as little water as possible. Heat a pan with oil,season with mustard & tumeric & salt. Add the ground paste.Stir frequently till oil floats on top. Enjoy with any dish you like. This keeps in refrigerator for upto a week.
