Potatoes peeled     2 Nos cubed
Green beans         12 Nos cut into pieces.
Yogurt              3 Tbsp. 
Tomato puree        2 Tbsp.
Garam masala powder 1 Tsp.(optional)
Onion               1 No. Chopped
Turmeric powder     1/4 Tsp.
Cream               2 Tbsp.
Chilli powder       1 Tsp.
Margarine           1 Tbsp.
Salt to Taste


Grated coconut      2 Tbsp.
Chopped Cilantro    1 Tbsp.

Method :  

Heat margarine in a pan & fry onion till golden  brown.
Mix yogurt,tomato puree, dry powders and fry for sometime.
Add potatoes,beans & salt. Pour in about two cups of water.
Allow to simmer on a slow fire till cooked. Mix in cream. 
Pour into a serving dish & sprinkle coconut,cilantro on top.
Serve hot.
