Paruppu Podi


Tur Dhal,             1 Cup
Channa & Urud Dhal,   1 Tbspn
Salt                  To Taste,
Asafotedia            Big pinch, 
Dry Chillies          12-15.

Method :  

Broil the ingredients without salt,till the Dhals are golden brown.
Dry grind this mixture to a fine Rava texture.Add salt to taste. 
This can be used for Rice along with oil.
