Puff Pastry with Potato filling

Ingredients Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets 1 No Water to brush along the sides. Filling Potatoes 2 Nos Salt Acc to taste Cumin Powder 1 tsp Paprikka 1 tsp or Acc to taste Parseley/cilantro 1 Tbsp. Boil ,Peel & Mash the potatoes. Mix with all powders ,parseley & set aside. Method Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. Thaw the sheets for 30 minutes. In a flour dusted board cut suares from the sheets. With the help of rolling pin roll each suare into diamonds. Stuff a spoonfull of filling into the diamonds. Brush with water on the corners & fold to form a triangle. Bake for 15-20 minutes till it raises & forms a brown crust. Enjoy hot with Ketchup or as it is.
