Tapioca Pearl - Sabhudhana Kichidi

Ingredients
Tapioca Pearl - Sabhudhana      2 cups Available in Asian grocery isle/store.
Salt                            To Taste
Potatoes                        3 nos
Roasted Peanuts                 1 cup
Buttermilk                      1-11/2 cup

Seasoning: 

Oil                             1 Tbsp.
Mustard  seeds                  1 tsp
Cumin seeds                     1 tsp 
Green Chillies/Serrano          To Taste

Garnish: 

Shredded Coconut                3 tsp(optional>
Cilantro                        1/4 cup

Method: 

Wash Tapioca & Soak the in enough buttermilk just to cover the same.
Let it marinate for 4-5 hrs.It abosorbs all the buttermilk after some time.
It gives a nice  tangy taste to the dish.

Boil,peel & cube the potatoes. Powder the Peanuts.

Heat a pan with oil & season with the seeds . 
Add,chillies,potatoes,salt & fry them briefly.
Stir in  Tapioca & mix gently. Let cook for  5 minutes.
Mix in gently  peanut powder.Garnish with coconut & cilantro.

Serve hot as a light meal. It is a good party dish.
