Spicy Sabudana Khichadi


Sago seeds [sabudana]: 2 cups 
1 medium onion chopped
Oil  1 tbspn
Jeera  1 spoon
Mustard  1 spoon
Curry leaves  8-9 chopped
2 small green chillies chopped
Red chilly powder    spoon
Garam masala   spoon
Asafoetida 1pinch
Turmeric  1 spoon
Groundnuts coarsely grinded  4-5 tbspns
Method :  

Soak the sabudana for 4-5 hours. 
Ensure that the water is a little above sabudana surface. 
In a kadai heat oil. Add mustard. When mustard seeds pop up add jeera, curry leaves, chillies and asafoetida. 
Add onion. Fry till brown. Add turmeric,garam masala and red chilly powder.
Then add the sabudana. Mix well. Add groundnut powder and salt. 
Mix again. Garnish with fresh grated coconut, coriander and lemon. Serve hot.
