Sarsoon Ka Saag

Ingredients 

Mustard Greens         1 Bunch.
Spinach                1/4 Bunch.
MustardGreens
Onions                 1/2 No. Chopped.
Green Chili peppers    Acc to taste.
Ginger                 1 piece.
Salt                   Acc to taste.
Oil                    2 Tsp.

Method 

Wash & chop coarsely the greens.
In a microwable bowl mix greens,ginger,chilli & little water.
Cover , cook for 4 minutes & cool. Grind to coarse paste in a blender.
Heat oil in a pan , fry the onions till translucent.
Add the green paste, salt . mix & bring to boil .
Add in a little water , if Gravy is too thick.

Serve hot as a side dish for rotis,bread, tortillas or rice.
