Ingredients :

Channa flour          3 cups
Rice   flour          1 cup
Butter/margarine      2 tbsp
Oregano/ajwain        4 tsp
salt                  acc to taste
water            
oil                   for deep frying

Method:

Mix all the ingredients except oil with water so as to 
a make a soft dough Consistency .The batter should not be stiff or else
making the same will be difficult.

Heat oil in deep fry fan . When the oil gets hot, put the batter into the sev
mould & fry on both the sides .

Let cool Completely before serving.Store in airtight containers.
