Carrot & Beans Saute


Carrots         2 Nos.
Green Beans     Few.
Serrano chilli  1 No or to Taste.
Oil             1 Tbsp. 
Mustard Seeds   1 Tsp.
Coconut grated  2 Tbsp.
Green Beans
Method :  

Wash & chop Beans & Carrots into small cubes.
Steam the veges . Heat oil in a pan.
Add Mustards seeds , chilli & Saute.
Combine veges & salt to mix.
Off the stove , sprinkle grated coconut on top & mix. 

You can directly cook  the veges in the pan after
seasoning. Cover with a tight lid & cook on slow fire for 10-15 minutes.
Keep stirring in between . This method will take a little more time .
