Ingredients: 7 inch Tortillas 8 Nos. Left over rice 1 Cup. Cooked Beans 3 Cups. (chillis,baked beans,or any variety of cooked beans) Green Onions 1/2 Cup Chopped. Cheddar Cheese grated 1 Cup or to taste Method : Pre-heat the oven to 400° F. Mix rice,beans & Scallions. Spoon 1/2 cup in the center of tortilla. Spinkle Cheese on top. Roll tightly & place in a baking sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes & Enjoy.
