Cashew Rice


Long grain rice     1 Cup.
Water/Stock         2 Cups. 
Dry red chilies     2 Nos,seeded (optional) 
Cinnamon stick      1 No , broken up 
Salt                To Taste.
Margarine           1 Tsp. 
Shelled raw cashews 1/4 Cup.

Method :  

Add stock/water to a large saucepan,
with chilies,cinnamon,salt,& margarine.. 
Bring to boil,stir in the rice & cashews,
Cover,cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, until the rice is tender
