Cauliflower in Yogurt Gravy     
 Ingredients:  
Cauliflower Florets     1 No.
Yogurt                  1/2 Cup.
Salt , sugar            To Taste.
Onion(ground to Paste)  1 No.
Ginger-Garlic Paste     2 Tsp.
Onion Chopped           1 No.
Garam Masala(optional)  1 Tsp.
Oil                     1 Tbsp.
Warm water              1/2 Cup.
Garnish :  
Cilantro Chopped   
Pepper powder
Method :  
Mix the pastes,salt & suger in Yogurt.
Marinate the florets for about 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan & fry onion till translucent.
stir in the marinated florets,water & cover .
Cook on a slow flame till the flowers are done.
Serve garnished with garam masala, pepper & chopped cilantro.
