Fettuccine with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce.


Red Pepper *Roasted large    3 Nos 
Fettuccine Pasta             1 Package.
Drained Pasta Water          1 Cup.
Whipping Cream               1/2 Cup.
Olive Oil                    1 Tbsp.
Garlic Cloves                1 No minced. 
Salt & Fresh ground Pepper   To Taste. 
Cheese Sprinkle              optional.
Red Bell Pepper 
Method :  

Cook the Pasta according to package directions.
Drain reserving a  Cup water.
Puree Pepper & Pasta water in a blender/Food processor.  
Heat Oil in a pan , cook garlic briefly.
Add Puree,salt,pepper. Bring to boil .
Reduce heat ,add cream & cook for a good 10-15 minutes.
Toss in Fettuccine & serve .

Roasting Bell Peppers :  
Roast in direct flame turning with tongs every 2 minutes until completely blackened.
Place the peppers in a pan under pre-heated broiler & broil until completely blackened.

Place the peppers in a plastic bag until cool enough to handle.Peel removing charred skin.
