Linguine with Red Pesto



Linguine 8 oz        1 Packet.
Oven Dried Tomatoes  11/2 Cup
Stock/pasta water    11/2 Cup.       
Olive Oil            1 Tbsp.
Garlic Clove         1 No minced.
Salt, Pepper         To Taste.


Parsley minced       1/4 Cup.
Parmesan Cheese      To Taste.   

Method :  

Cook Linguine according to Package directions. Drain.
Chop the Oven Dried Tomatoes in Food processor.
While motor running,add stock/water,  till pureed.
Heat a pan with oil, add garlic,tomato mixture,salt,pepper & cook 5 minutes.
Toss with linguine & garnish with parseley & Cheese on top.
