Medu Vada

Ingredients :

Urad Dal              1 cup
Ginger                1 big piece
Green Chilli's        3 nos
Pepper corns          1/2 tsp
hing                  1 tsp
Curry leaves          few
salt                  acc to taste
oil                   for deep frying

Method:

Soak the urad dal in water for an hour.
Grind to a paste all the ingredients except oil with as little
oil as possible.
Refrigerate the batter for  an hour.
Heat in deep pan heat tje oil for deep frying.
Shape into Vadas & deep fry on both sides till brown.

serve hot.
