Herb Mushroom Rice



Margarine           2 Tsp. 
Minced onion        1/2 Cup. 
Water/Stock         2 Cups 
Parsley flakes      1 Tsp.
Oregano leaves      1 Tsp.
Red pepper flakes   To Taste.
Rice, uncooked      1 CUp.
Mushrooms, sliced   1 Cup.
Salt                To Taste. 

Method :  

Melt margarine in a pan & cook onion for 5 minutes.
Add herbs,water & bring to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover, cook till rice is done & and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
