Potato Fritters


Potatoes            3 - 4 Nos.
Rice Flour          1/4 Cup.
All Purpose Flour   1/4 Cup.
Oil                 For Frying.

Grind to Paste:  

Garlic Flakes       2 Nos.
Ginger small Piece  1 .
Red Pepper Flakes   To Taste.
Salt                TO Taste.

Method :  

Peel & Slice the Potatoes to thin discs.
Mix flour,paste to make a thick batter.
Dip the potatoes in the batter & deep fry.
Enjoy this delicious snack.
