Potato Roast


Potato              6 Nos. 
Salt                Acc to taste.
Red Chilli Powder   2 Tsp or Acc to taste.
Tumeric             1/2 Tsp.
Oil                 1 Tbsp.

Mustard Seeds      1 Tsp.
Cumin Seeds        1 Tsp.


Boil,Peel & dice the Potatoes to medium chunks.
In a mixing bowl , put in the diced Potatoes .
Add in the Powders & shake the bowl well to mix.
Heat Oil in Wok Pan & do the Seasoning.
Add in the Potatoes & fry till golden brown stirring frequently.
Enjoy as a side dish for Rice, Rotis or anything of your choice.
