Stir Fried Veges With Cashew Nuts

Ingredients 

Baby Corn        
Baby Carrot     
Mushrooms
Scallions
Snow Peas
Bell Peppers
Bean Sprouts
Cashew Nuts      1/4 Cup
Oil              2 Tsp.

Seasoning 

Soy sauce       2 Tsp.
Salt & Pepper   Acc to taste

Method 

Choose all or any combination of Vege to suit your taste.
Wash & chop them to almost of similar shape & size.
Heat a Wok with Oil ,add veges starting with Carrots.
(As carrots are hard & takes a little longer to cook ).
Add the nuts & season with soy sauce, salt & Pepper.

Adjust the seasoning & serve as a side Dish.
