Ingredients : Tomatoes Medium Sized : 3 Nos Onion small (finely chopped): 1 No Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp Coriander Powder : 2 tsp Tumeric :1/2 tsp Salt :Acc to taste Chili Powder : 1 tsp Garam Masala : 1 tsp Tamarind water : 1/4 cup Mustard Seeds : for seasoning Oil : 1 tbsp Paneer / tofu : 10 - 20 pieces Coriander leaves fresh : for Garnishing Dry Roast & grind to Paste: Seaseme Seeds : 1/4 cup Peanuts : 1/4 cup Dry Coconut : 1 tbsp Methi seeds : 1/2 tsp Method : In a Pan heat the oil & season with mustard seeds. Add onions & fry till brown . add ginger garlic paste. Cut the tomatoes into medium size pieces and add to Onion mixture along with Tamarind paste/water. Fry for a minute,add all dry masalas & stir to combine. Mix in the Paste , cover & let it cook for some time. Add water if the masala is too thick. Finally add fried paneer to the same & Ganish with Fresh Coriander leaves. If using Tofu there is no need to fry & add it at the last moment of cooking time Serve hot over Rice or Roti's.
