Tri Color Sandwich

Ingredients  

Bread      
Bread spread

Green color

Mint leaves             1/4 bunch washed & dried
Cilantro leaves         1/4 bunchwashed & dried
Ginger                  1 small piece
Serrano chili pepper    1 No or Acc to taste
Onion                   1/4 of medium size Onion
Salt                    Acc to taste
Lemon juice             As required to grind to paste.

Grind all of them to paste.
Add lemon juice if thick.
Do not use water.
set aside.

Red color : Tomato Ketchup        

Method .

Trim the crusts from the bread.
Cut diagnally each alice to form a triangle.
Spread butter on one slice.
Green on the other & ketchup on the other.
layer them & enjoy.
