Rice Rava 1 Cup Water 2 Cups Salt Acc to taste Seasoning : Oil 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Urad dal 1 tsp Channa dal 1 tsp Ginger 1' inch piece Chopped finely Green Chilies Acc to taste Chopped finely Curry Leaves few Hing 1 Tsp. Method: Rice Rava Can be made be coarsely grinding the Rice in the mixer. Heat a pan With Oil & do the seasoning.Add water & salt. When it reaches boiling consistency gradually add rice rava & simmer to very low flame. Cover & cook stirring frequently. Cool & shape into Oval sizes & steam cook for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold with Chutney of your choice.
