Vellai Appam

Ingredients Rice 3 Cups Urad Dal 1 Cup Green chilies Acc to taste Salt Acc to taste Hing 1 tsp Curry leaves few Ginger 1 ' inch piece Oil for deep frying Method Saok Rice & dal seperatly for an hour. Grind all ingredients to a thick paste. Heat the Oil for deep frying & drop by spoonful to get a round shape. Serve with your choice of chutney's or Ketchup & enjoy.
